Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles and tools are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our warehouse address, making sure to include your RMA number clearly on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
